Dating back to the fifteenth century, The Brdo Estate is an exquisite former aristocratic home that is over 500 years old. Built in 1446, this stately home was the original residence of the distinguished Noble Knights of the Egkh. Over the next 500 years, Brdo’s famous owners have included Michaelangelo Zois and Ivan Josip.

Today, Brdo is still the first choice for state celebrations, the estate is managed by the government and has played host to all the greats of Europe, including Queen Elizabeth II, George W. Bush, and Pope John Paul II. The Brdo Estate is conveniently located for Ljubljana International Airport, Jose Pucnik Airport, Ljubljana city center, and Lake Bled, which are all between 15 and 30 minutes away.

To write a good story about our 2018 wedding photography season, I’m pretty sure I need a few years to do that! So many things happened I don’t know where to start. Because of that, I will let the best wedding photos of 2018 speak for themselves.

But before I leave you enjoying the best of the collection, I would like to point out a few important parts of the year. Behind us is our thirteenth season working as wedding photographers, and without a question was the best one thus far! We switched from Canon to Nikon! All the images in our best wedding collection which you will see below were taken using Nikon D850 and D750 and we couldn’t be happier about that.

We can’t overlook the fact that our wedding photography season 2018. Was the most successful regarding prestigious awards for wedding photography. So we are highlighting them;
