Brdo Park: Breathtaking Brdo Park is home to Brdo’s world-famous Lipizzaner horses, deer, a dazzling array of birds, marine wildlife, picturesque trails, pretty bridges, and eleven tranquil lakes. About The Brdo Estate, Kranj:

Dating back to the fifteenth century, The Brdo Estate is an exquisite former aristocratic home that is over 500 years old. Built in 1446, this stately home was the original residence of the distinguished Noble Knights of the Egkh. Over the next 500 years, Brdo’s famous owners have included Michaelangelo Zois and Ivan Josip.

Today, Brdo is still the first choice for state celebrations, the estate is managed by the government and has played host to all the greats of Europe, including Queen Elizabeth II, George W.
